Following the Focus Group meetings, HR Business Process Mapping meetings were held during June and July for the Knoxville campus and Institutes. During these meetings, the subject matter experts discussed the steps in each business process area in detail. Processes, such as Recruit-to-Hire and Employee Mobility and Transition, in addition to four other processes, were mapped from end-to-end. The information gathered during these sessions was converted into flowcharts, which may be referenced throughout the ERP implementation process. We now have a better understanding of our processes beginning to end as we move into the design and implementation phase in the future.
