Software systems have languages of their own – acronyms to shorten phrases, standard terms to describe processes, and technical terminology.  The DASH Oracle Cloud system is no exception with acronyms like CoA, RTR, HCM and terms like Infolet and Journeys.

The glossary found at https://erpfinadmin.utk.edu/terminology/ can assist with learning terminology that is specific to the DASH system, as well as other general terms that may come up in DASH discussions.  As DASH discussions and communications expand, check this site for any terms that may be unfamiliar to you.
